1. Shipping Policy

• Dispatch Time: All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days after receiving payment in full.
• Delivery: Orders will be dispatched via a courier chosen by Maxxeshop at our discretion. The customer will be provided with a tracking number (if available) once the order has been shipped.

2. Return Policy

• Conditions for Returns: Returns are limited to unopened goods. These must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Exclusions: We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" or "Wrongly Ordered Items".
• Replacement: If the return conditions are met, only a replacement for the product will be offered. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

3. Warranty

• Coverage: We provide a warranty solely for manufacturing defects. The product must have been purchased within the past 60 days.
• Limitation: Warranty claims are valid only if less than 10% of the product has been used.
• Resolution: For items falling under warranty, a full replacement will be provided. No refunds will be issued.

4. Pricing Policy

• Currency: All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Inclusions: Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
• Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All products sold or purchased from our website are subject to the applicable Consumer Laws of the State of Queensland, Australia at the time of the purchase. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
